Admite recursul formulat de pârâtul Guvernul României împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1582 din 7 octombrie 2024 a Curţii de Apel Bucureşti – Secţia a IX-a contencios administrativ şi fiscal. Casează sentinţa recurată şi, în rejudecare: Admite excepţia inadmisibilităţii invocată de pârâtul Guvernul României. Respinge cererea de chemare în judecată ca inadmisibilă. Definitivă. Pronunţată astăzi, 30 octombrie 2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei.
