Indications for sending messages in electronic format

by fax, the contact form or e-mail / electronic mail

Multiple messages and messages containing foul language, detracting, xenophobic, racist or violence-instigating messages or immoral messages etc. will be disregarded.

To help us process your messages more easily, please do not send multiple messages!

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

For urgent demands or requests please take into account the following:

  • the retransmission and processing of the information or of the documents that you send take time,
  • the court‘s working hours are from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.,
  • the archives' working hours are from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.,
  • during holidays and public holidays the archives' working hours are changed/shorter; the changes can be found on the Contact details page or in the updates section on the Home page.

Therefore if the information sent refers to a case, we recommend that you send the information at once, before the court hearing at the latest.

If the messages refer to a specific case or if you want to add documents to your case file, please use only the e-mail addresses of the archives of the chambers where your case is pending. Please find the archives' e-mail addresses below, in the section called Contact details.

If you wish to obtain public information (under  Law no. 544 from 2001 and its implementig rules) or you wish to formulate a petition (under the Ordinance no. 27 of 2002) you can use the Contact form where you need to fill in the following information (in order): Name - mandatory, Surname - mandatory, Phone - mandatory, Fax, Email - mandatory, Country - mandatory, Postal addressMailing address, MessageThe average time for completing the contact form is 15 minutes.
