Short description:

• This program is exclusively dedicated to Francophone jurisprudence, and it is designed as a database.
• The program includes 50 supreme courts, whose states are members of the International Organization of La Francophonie.
• Consequently, each supreme court included in the program sends the complete content of its reference court judgments, in French, to be validated by the Court of Cassation in France.
• Each court judgment is accompanied by a legal checklist with the relevance of the solution, the legal issue for the case in question, an abstract of the court judgment, the lower court whose order was appealed against, the date of the court judgments (to see whether action has been taken in due time) etc.
