History of the ECRIS electronic system

ECRIS is an acronym for Electronic Court Register Informational Systems. The first version of the case management solution was called ECRIS – SCJ and it was designed and developed by Indaco Systems in close collaboration with the staff of the High Court of Cassation and Justice in 2001, within the international cooperation program with the Netherlands called MATRA-SENTER-ASSER Instituut. The system was launched on 13 November 2001, in the presence of Her Majesty Beatrix, Queen of The Netherlands.
